Delivery information

Orders are delivered to the PostNord service point nearest to the delivery address you provide. Delivery within Finland usually takes 48 hours, while delivery outside Finland usually takes 5–8 working days.

Products with a delivery time of 5–14 working days are first ordered to our warehouse, where we check and pack them before sending them to you. The product page clearly indicates if an item has a delivery time of 5–14 working days (a pre-order).

Please note: The following conditions apply to orders with this delivery time: a 10% return fee is charged if the order is returned. You can instead choose to receive the refund as a gift card for our online store, in which case the 10% return fee is waived.

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and tracking code by email. We recommend keeping the receipt for future reference.
